Medical Staffing Firm in the Raleigh, NC area is hiring an Executive Director to successfully grow and operate a medical staffing company. We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record of building strong customer relationships and developing a team for growth. This position will have full Profit and Loss responsibility as well as developing strategy and implementing it. This would involve building relationships with customers and leading a team in the recruiting and placing of healthcare professionals into various contracts with hospitals, senior living, rehab centers, and other medical facilities.   • Responsible for the overall success of the company
  • Develop and implement strategies for achieving high operational performance in the areas of finance, growth, retention, and income generation
  • Ability to work in an autonomous environment and make day to day decisions that are in the best interest of the Company (Team)
  • Oversee the process of recruiting, hiring, training, retaining, and managing the performance of the candidates, and take appropriate actions to ensure achievement of performance goals
  • Oversee compliance with local, state, and federal laws pertaining to the industry, employment, and employee relations
  • Analyze financial statements and create and maintain financial forecasts
  • Maintain innovative recruitment strategiesthat provide us with access to the largest network of qualified clinicians in the industry
  • Collaborate with team members to promote successful execution of the conpany's Strategic Plan
  • Build strong relationships with internal/external customers
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree - minimum - preferably in Business or related field

  • At least (5) years of Business Development experience
  • At least (5) years of administrative, management and supervisory experience in the staffing industry
  • A demonstrated track record of developing and managing relationships with customers and employees
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
