Fight On Legends LLC is a small business in Ocala, FL, who is contracted by Bon Appetit Global to deliver their top of the line pastries and products within our vast territory.
You would be working alongside me, the Owner, for training and then once we feel comfortable on your skillset you’d be going out on your own.
Currently we have myself and one other employee who is part time; we are looking for someone else to come in and work up to 40 hours a week, more hours are available if you want them which comes in turn with a higher pay rate. Weekends we will be off, and the entire workweek can be 5 days or 4 days if you want to work longer hours on 4 days so you can take 3 days a week off. The schedule is flexible as long as our accounts are serviced.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, responsible, has a strong work ethic, is detail oriented and is looking for a potential career and wants to grow with us. The reason we are adding another employee is so that we can go out and add more accounts to our service area and add more sales and revenue so we can make the business more money. The business growing means we can pay people more which allows us to promote people which gives our employees the chance to grow.
Make no mistake, although the work isn’t super hard overall, it can require some physical activity, it does take some time and we hold ourselves to the highest brand standards.
To summarize the work required, you will deliver product to existing accounts that include gas stations and markets, usually starting in the morning hours. Preferred service hours for the customers are Monday through Friday, between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., however you may set their own schedule after talking with me to devise a good plan. Currently I am servicing the locations starting at midnight, which is what I prefer as there is no traffic and the gas stations/convenience stores are basically empty of customers. Mostly Circle K’s, WaWa’s, Pilot’s.
Your responsibilities will include the following: looking at our shelves and evaluating and creating an order of product needed for the shelf, pull the order from your inventory in the delivery truck, sticker each item with an expiration date, bring your created order inside, hand the invoice to the manager and count out the product you are bringing in and then putting the order on the shelfs. A Ford Transit is provided for making the deliveries but if you have your own van as well that can also be used.
The expectations for Bon Appetit are high, as we serve the best products on the market. We want our displays to be full, correctly dated, and looking sharp and organized for our customers.
