Admin duties you will perform: -Support the paralegal and associate attorney in filing, scanning, mailing out applications, calling existing clients to provide them with an update, billing. (85%)
Process payments and contact clients regarding payments; keep accurate notes of client communication in the client database. Greet clients when they come into the office to ensure they have an exceptional client experience and collect their documents (10%).
Personal assistant duties: Running personal errands for CEO; pay bills; scheduling personal appointments; administrative duties related to marketing activities, (5%)
You must be able to follow instructions and work well in a team environment. If you like to not have any rules in the workplace this would not be a good fit. If you like working as a member of a team to achieve a common goal this position would be a good fit.
This position requires flexibility. The job description could change as we are a growing law firm and you could be wearing many hats.
