Who are we looking for? A hungry, rising, versatile, young superstar in the realm of design and web development to join our expanding six person New Media Department.

The position: Primary responsibilities: web and print design (print is a plus). Knowledge of raw HTML, CSS, Javascript, XML, AJAX, MySQL/SQL Server, App development (iPhone/Android/Facebook), expert in PHP5 with experience in Ruby a plus along with proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator. Graphic Designer
Victory Records is an exciting, entrepreneurial business and the #1 Independent Rock Record Label in the country. We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented and self-motivated individual with personality to join our full-service, five person New Media team. An ideal candidate will have 3-5 years experience in production and design, preferably at a music related entity.

Candidates must be proficient with:
Mac operating systems
InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator (Adobe Creative Suites)
Web design

Skills in the following areas are a plus:
Epson Stylus Pro 9890, large format printing
AccuRip
Photography
Screen printing design for garments and production of films
The position involves collaborating with promotions and sales, bands and freelance artists. The right candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day creative projects and branding initiatives including but not limited to:

Album layouts (CD, vinyl, digital, creative packaging)
Promotional materials
Print and web advertisements
Catalog development and design
Web graphics
Sales sheets
Social media
Merchandise curation and design
Color separations
Website design
Direct mail pieces

Videographer / Motion Graphics Specialist
Victory Records, the top independent rock record label in the U.S., is looking for an experienced, creative and enthusiastic Motion Graphics Specialist to join our New Media team. Candidate must have extensive knowledge of the following programs and possess the following capabilities:

Final Cut Pro X
Adobe After Effects CC 2018
Adobe Premiere CC 2018
Adobe Photoshop CC 2018
Cinematography/Videography Skills
VFX/Compositing
Moderate to advanced motion graphics skills
2D/2.5D Animation
Familiarity with 3D Programs & Plug-in’s a bonus
Product & Portrait Photography Skills
Overlaying graphics and type.
Animating imagery.
Creating custom motion graphics.
Encoding and compression of video into web formats including QuickTime (MOV), h.264 and other formats. Experience with compatibility between PC and Apple formats is a plus.
Maintaining archival-grade organizational standards in regards to file structuring of data across a network of multiple computers and hard drives.

Additional skills:
Seeing ideas through from conception to completion
On set video production experience in various roles including working with talent
DSLR/Digital Cinema Camera & Lighting Experience
Working creatively in a team environment
Handle multiple projects at once
Knowledge of YouTube CMS (content management system)
Established relationships with video production crews and Chicago rental houses a bonus
3D Animation a bonus
Photography skills
Responsibilities will include: Producing, shooting, editing, and animating promotional content including: music videos, lyrics videos, behind the scenes features, archiving source media, television commercials and custom graphics, distributing source videos into a variety of broadcast and web formats, videotaping live performances, interviews and other artist related footage, editing footage into finished segments for online and product distribution. Hiring and maintaining production crew, you will be working with you will be working with several types of source footage and incorporating that into a variety of formats for the web and NTSC broadcast.
