A boutique firm specializing in employee benefits and consulting services seeks to add a Part-time Executive Assistant to their team in the Atlanta-Piedmont Park area. This is a 20-25 hours/week position working 2-3 days/week onsite, within the scope of regular business hours ( 8:30 AM-5:30PM).

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:
Input of client information into CRM system

Generating reports from CRM

Managing office supplies and restocking as necessary

Calendar management for CEO

Assist Management with Event Planning

Preparing and editing professional presentation

Managing office administration, including liaison with vendors (IT services, phone system, Comcast, etc.)

Responding to incoming calls

Printing, scanning, copying documents for team

Assisting team with administrative functions as needed

Ordering lunch for office meetings/events

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Prior hands on experience providing senior management/executive support

Advanced level proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Intermediate level of Adobe preferred

High level of attention to detail

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Ability to be flexible and adapt to frequently changing priorities

Ability to effectively manage and prioritize competing deadlines

Hourly rate of $25-28 hour commensurate with skills and experience.
