Have you ever considered working in education, helping students on their educational journey? Have you ever thought about continuing your own professional and educational journey? At American InterContinental University (AIU), our employees have the opportunity to do both! AIU’s focus is on its students, and helping them along their path of learning and discovery. Do you have what it takes to help lead the way?
Becoming a Finance Advisor at American InterContinental University is a career move that will allow you to both leverage and strengthen your relationship building, communication and problem-solving skills to grow in an exciting and rewarding environment that enhances personal and professional development.
Prior experience working in education is not required. Experience in customer service, banking, collections, financial services, counseling, sales, call center operations or other relevant environments is preferred, but not required. If you are seeking an entry-level opportunity, this may be the job for you! However, if you have prior Financial Aid experience, we welcome that as well. What’s important is that you can make a positive, professional impression for individuals interested in pursuing a post-secondary education.
We offer nationally-recognized academic programs, and have extremely high standards for compliant and ethical behavior. We have an extensive paid training program designed to teach you the skills necessary to inspire individual worth and lifelong achievement, and support prospective students in their decision to pursue continuing education.
To support our commitment to continuous learning, eligible employees may apply for our generous tuition assistance program. Qualifying dependent family members may also be eligible to enroll in a degree program at a reduced cost. We also offer other competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision and a 401K plan.
A Finance Advisor delivers on AIU’s commitment of service and excellence to its students by building rapport, delivering clear and accurate information, offering effective solutions and maintaining contact with individuals through the financial aid process.
