Broadridge is hiring! We’re seeking a Product Manager-Implementations to join our Broadridge Trading Solutions Delivery (TSD) team. Our mission is to deliver high-performance and sustainable solutions for addressing our clients’ business requirements for electronic trading. In this role, you will be responsible for all the functional aspects of the customer solution. During the pre-signature phase, the SPM is the primary interface between Sales and the rest of the TSD organization and is then the functional reference point throughout the project and beyond.
We are made up of high-performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and will work both on-site and remote.
Responsibilities:
During the pre-signature phase:
- Challenge and validate the scoping document provided by the Pre-Sales team;
- Ensure all necessary information for assessing the project’s feasibility, costs and acceptance criteria are collected;
- Interface with Delivery team to get project’s feasibility, costs, and timelines.
During the project delivery phase:
- Liaise with the Customer to discuss functional requirements, becoming their business counterpart for the project;
- Write functional specifications describing what the client wants to achieve, detailing the use-cases and workflows, and obtain client approval for the implementation itself;
- Provide input on the business priority for any existing and new requirements of the project backlog;
- Brainstorm with the implementation team to provide the best functional and technical solution to the business requirements, and find creative solutions to complex problems;
- Participate in the backlog build out with the Project Manager (PM) and project team by splitting the work into intermediate steps. The SPM ensures that these steps make sense technically, maximize business value, and reduce risks when delivering functionality;
- Sign off on the functional workflows the team has delivered against the solution specification;
- Conduct user training sessions together with Implementation Engineers;
- Participate in Go-live support for the initial rollout.
During the post-delivery phase:
- Assist Customer Services by sharing functional and business knowledge to understand the client’s challenges and advise on the most effective solutions.
Qualifications:
- Technical background is a plus to be able to understand/participate in functional architecture decisions and interact with implementation engineers teams;
- Good client facing skills to be able to talk to prospects, run user interviews, manage client expectations, etc.;
- You should have all the skills of a core product manager but also a more advanced level of client interaction capability and the ability to manage a number of concurrent projects. This combination enables a higher sense of achievement and fulfillment, as well as a broader view on a number of products and integrations with third party systems.
- Experience in Financial Services- Capital Markets required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent;

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $135,000 - $150,000. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
