Job Details:
Schedule workload with staff, track production progress, ensure production objectives are accomplished, and be accountable for on time deliverables
Produce and direct video productions for advertisement, entertainment, information, or instruction
Formulate basic layout design or presentation approach and specify material details, such as style and size of type, photographs, graphics, animation, video, and sound.
Manage accounts and projects, working within budget and scheduling requirements.
Confer with creative, art, copywriting, or production departments to discuss client’s requirements and presentation concepts and to coordinate creative activities.
Present final layouts for approval.
Review and approve art materials, copy materials, and proofs of printed copy developed by staff members.
Responsible for creative decisions, such as interpretation of script, choice of actors or guests, set design, sound, special effects, and choreography
Resolve personnel problems that arise during the production process by acting as liaisons between dissenting parties when necessary
Shoot and edit professional videos and photos in a production environment for marketing of utility vehicles accessories, fishing gear, tow trucks, towing products, recreation vehicles, and trailers
Determine project goals, locations, and equipment needs by studying assignments and consulting with project lead, engineers, and/or marketing staff
Operate motion picture, digital cameras, and drones, along with a variety of equipment such as tripods, filters, and flash attachments
Compose and frame each shot, applying the technical aspects of light, lenses, film, filters, and camera settings to achieve the effects sought by marketing team
Edit video for broadcast productions, including non-linear editing
Manipulate and enhance scanned or digital images to create desired effects, using computers and specialized software
Work both in a studio environment as well as on location and in inclement weather

2 Years’ experience shooting and editing professional videos in a professional production environment
The ability to organize, plan, and execute a project from beginning to end
The ability to work both in a studio environment as well as on location and in inclement weather
Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom
Familiarity with high-end video production cameras
Working knowledge of professional audio equipment (shotgun mics, lavalier mics, etc)
Experience with green-screen compositing, studio lighting, and product photography
Ability to develop 3D motion graphic assets a plus!
