Boeing Defense, Space & Security is seeking an entry level Manufacturing Engineer to support the VC-25B Presidential Aircraft Program in our Tukwila, WA location.

Position Responsibilities:
Integrates producibility and manufacturability knowledge, information and requirements into the acquire and define program phases as the designated Integrated Product Team (IPT) interface.
Conceptualizes, designs and manages the program architecture for build.
Participates with organizational and program level teams to resolve issues.
Participates in the development of tooling requirements based on manufacturing and engineering specifications.
Creates build-to work packages.
Perform Hardware Management activities for subsystems hardware packages.
Participates in the development of integrated work statements.
Work with Industrial Engineering and IPT to sequence and integrate systems hardware installations within the aircraft modification plan.
Participate in cross-functional coordination across teams/organizations.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree from ABET accredited program
Experience in 3-D modeling (Catia V5, SolidWorks, PRO-E)
3.0 or higher GPA
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
Prior internship experience
Formal leadership positions held in work, volunteer or extracurricular organizations (ie. manager, club officer, mentor).
Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry. ABET is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
