Tahzoo is seeking a world class recruiter to assist with global growth and recruiting needs. This is a 6-month position, with possibility to extend based on performance and business needs.

Currently, Tahzoo has approximately 20 open roles with varying levels of seniority, responsibilities, travel and other special requirements. Technical acumen is a must, the recruiter must be able to ask questions and pass along answers to the hiring managers for next steps in the interview process and track the candidate through the various levels of interviews required.
What you’ll be doing:
The ideal Recruiter will guide the team through the recruiting process by consulting on the candidate profile, developing a sourcing strategy, attracting top talent, assessing candidates and successfully managing the offer process with various internal partners (Compensation, Sourcing, Coordinators, Interviewers, etc). The Recruiter is responsible for maintaining a high level of transparency and communication in their actions and managing progress reports and actions. Additional consulting activities may occur in support of specific client or overall initiatives.
