Sixt’s trainee program not only prepares university graduates to obtain a management position in just over one year, but also offers a diverse, hands-on curriculum. Trainees will gain first-hand sales, customer service and management experience while working at our rental locations. Furthermore, trainees will have the opportunity to attend various off-site trainings and seminars at our Fort Lauderdale or Los Angeles training centers, preparing them for future management functions.
What to expect:
Sixt offers a fast track career opportunity through our Management Trainee Program. Highly talented graduates are given a unique opportunity to develop their leadership potential in a fast-paced business environment. This program is designed for trainees to become branch managers in 15 months!

By the end of the program, you will master:
Strategic business development
Pricing analysis and cost management
Branch profitability management
Customer service management.
What you'll need:
6 months of work experience in sales and customer service
Must be at least 21 and have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Ability to manage stressful or unusual situations to maintain good customer service
Ability to work 40 hours per week including day and/or evening hours
Must be able to travel for training and other business needs
Must be willing to wear company uniforms
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Ability to communicate in other languages is a plus.
