Full Stack Developer Lead
Ensign Services, Inc. seeks a talented and energetic Full Stack Developer Lead. This position will be based at ESI’s San Juan Capistrano Service Center.

About the Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer Lead to lead our application development and on-going maintenance as part of our growing finance automation team. This team member will work closely with key stakeholders and other system and application developers to design, architect, implement and maintain end-to-end process automation solutions to drive business efficiencies and eliminate current manual processes. This individual will lead major workflow and other complex business application development projects through delivery while capturing the project’s full impact and value.

Job Duties
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and subject matter experts to identify automation opportunities and other improvement areas in current business processes.
- Provide technical direction for the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of standard and complex workflow and other business applications using best practices and industry standards from definition phase through implementation with governance and audit mindset.
- Lead technology teams in developing integration, end-to-end and UAT test strategy as well as test execution with a focus on technical and business requirement validation and respective debugging; building deployment plans, creating turnover and release documents as well as stabilization planning.
- Mentor developers and help foster professional opportunities for team members looking to expand their skillsets.
- Provide ongoing maintenance and support of deployed applications.
- Develop, manage and track project deliverables in a timely manner
- Measure outcomes, gathering user feedback, and make program improvements
- Exercise Change Management leadership skills
- Apply significant knowledge of product and developments to improve service
- Easily recognize system deficiencies and implement effective solutions
- Continually be learning about the latest features, upgrades, and industry trends to ensure continuous improvement of the automation solutions.
- Ensure internal controls systems are accurately documented and working effectively
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in designing, building, and maintaining business applications in a large enterprise.
- Experience with various programming languages.
- Experience with building and consuming REST-based APIs.
- Must have an understanding of database principles and query language in a RDBMS platform such as Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle.
- Experience in project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, evaluation of available options and cost/benefit analysis, development of implementation strategies, testing and deployment.
- Experience with strict adherence to version control in an enterprise environment
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage expectations.
- Outstanding communication skills – verbal and written.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Must be able to multitask and willing to work on multiple projects at a given time.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in workflow platforms such as Power Apps, Appian, Mendix, Ultimus, or similar tools.
- Experience in coding JavaScript frameworks (e.g. React, Angular), Python, and/or PHP.
Compensation
ESI offers an attractive compensation package including a competitive base salary and benefits, plus eligibility for bonuses and stock options. Success will only be limited by performance.

Salary: $100,000-$160,000 DOE
