We are looking for a Community Manager to join our agency team! You will be the brand steward for a large apparel/footwear client on social media: supporting the client’s social media and brand comms team through daily community management, building the brand’s fanbase loyalty through exceptional service and targeted engagement, project managing social content, providing thought leadership, and finding new, creative ways to tell meaningful stories across the digital landscape.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Social Media Community Management Across Platforms: Engage with users online by answering all relevant comments and questions in accordance with the brand’s CM playbook

Delete/hide comments that go against community guidelines

Monitor potential risks and issues and report potential crises to team

Engage with community hashtags and tagged content
-
Help team identify UGC for reposting opportunities
-
Potential weekend monitoring during high-volume events or crisis

Engage with high-profile accounts and influencers seeded by the client

Reshare relevant content from partner accounts

Assist with executing and scheduling approved posts according to best practices across channels

Assist with reporting and analytics for monthly reports

Assist with keeping the CM playbook up to date

Project manage social content delivery and feedback workflow

Create and monitor social listening queries through agency tools(s) to uncover insights and opportunities for clients

Provide platform and landscape insights to inform user engagement behavior patterns in idea sessions and workshops

Continuously monitor, evaluate, and refine social strategies to ensure successful delivery against strategic goals
Requirements:

Proven work experience as a community manager or similar role and strong understanding of the social media landscape

Strong written communication skills. Must be able to present ideas in a clear and concise manner to team members of all levels as well as fans of all ages

Ability to quickly identify risks and issues within the social media landscape

Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset

Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs

Ability to manage any brand crises with a cool head and strategic thinking

Ability to identify social listening opportunities for real time content

Excited by the latest and greatest in social media and dreams big
-
Experience in social media tools like Sprinklr or Sprout Social a plus
