We are looking for an Human Resources Intern This Human Resources Intern will have access to outstanding mentors and opportunities for growth.
Request information from law enforcement officials, previous employers, and other references to determine applicants' employment acceptability
Process and review employment applications to evaluate qualifications or eligibility of applicants
Record data for each employee, including such information as addresses, weekly earnings, absences, amount of sales or production, supervisory reports on performance, and dates of and reasons for terminations
Provide assistance in administering employee benefit programs and worker's compensation plans
Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork
Transferable Skills Needed
Processing Information - Compile, code, categorize, calculate, or verify information to ensure that all data is correctly filed and processed
Integrity - adhere to a strong moral and ethical code in compliance with organizational principles
Independence'develop one's own way of doing things, guiding oneself with little or no supervision, and depend on oneself to get things don
Must be enrolled in a four year Human Resources Degree Program and in your Junior or Senior Year
