Digital & Partner Publishing Director
is responsible for establishing and driving an adidas social media and partner publishing strategy, to deliver the adidas message to consumers through owned, paid social and partner channels.
Lead & land the Digital and Partner Publishing strategy to set a clear approach to how the brand shows up on social and partner channels inclusive of platform positioning, channel strategy and community management.
Lead a team of Digital and Partner Publishing Managers focused on platform strategy & innovation and publishing excellence
Work directly with all platform partners, unlocking the greatest value out of our partnerships, ensuring executional excellence and driving a beta mindset to leverage platform technology in new ways to engage with and excite our consumers & communities.
Act as the global functional leader to help guide all Business Units and Markets in understanding the changing social media landscape, and creating and executing impactful campaigns through social & partner channels.
Coordinate and manage adidas social communities and work with Customer Service to ensure the best possible consumer experience and moderation on any social media touch point
Partner with internal teams such as eCommerce to achieve business goals through end to end campaign planning and execution across social media
Collaborate with in-house team PR, Content, Analytics to maximize the publishing mix for all campaigns across owned, earned and paid channels
Create best-in-class consumer journeys by connecting social media experiences to adidas digital platforms
Manage and work with creative and media agencies and external partners to realize the global digital publishing strategy, and global brand and category calendars
Stay on top of platform trends and consumer behavior and feed the insight back into digital publishing output and the wider team
Work closely with cross-functional teams across Media, Content & Creative, Digital, Sports Marketing and Entertainment Marketing, Legal.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Creative, collaborative and confident
Excellent interpersonal / communication skills and high level of strategic thinking
High understanding of owned channel and paid social landscape
High understanding of the earned landscape and how it interplays with owned and paid
Advanced experience with all major social media networks: Facebook / Instagram, Google / YouTube, Snapchat etc.
Naturally curious and motivated by the ever-changing world of digital and mobile
Broad understanding of and passion for the sports and fashion / entertainment industry
Advanced presentation and organizational skills
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Retail, Digital or a related field
10+ years industry and / or relevant work experience
Fluent written and spoken English language skills
