Booming Houston based landscape, architecture, and pool company hiring a Construction Admin.

The Construction Admin is responsible for assisting the Construction Manager and Project Managers to complete permitting and submittals to client satisfaction and per schedule. The Construction Admin is also responsible for AP approvals for Construction, coordination of company safety program, and management of Builder Trend platform along with job tracking. The Construction Admin will provide standard administrative support for the office -- including, but not limited to -- filing, coordinating meetings, and plan printing.

Ideal candidate would have 1-2 years of administrative assistant experience, preferably, with some knowledge of the landscape construction industry, permitting process, and have a background in safety management. Bilingual preferred.
