Position Title; Technical Support Analyst
Location: Toledo, Ohio 43460
Position Status: 12 month Contract
Field Deployment Team – “Technical Support Analyst” Requirements
This request for Temporary personnel is to support our Client Center Help Desk Field Deployment Team in the Toledo, Ohio office. The immediate request is for an analyst with some networking experience to facilitate and maintain networking connectivity for multiple facilities. The contracts are currently staffed with a combination of full time Hexagon employees and temporary contractor personnel. Additional staff with the same skill sets and at the same rate may be requested as changing requirements dictate.
This position requires great people skills. The individual must be skilled at listening to clients, capturing issues, and guiding them through issue resolution. The individual must be courteous, well spoken, and not easily shaken. Previous call center and networking experience is a great plus for the position(s). Candidate will work closely with Vendors, Technicians, Engineering, and Project Managers.
We are a 24X7X365 service operation.
As such, prospective analysts must be open to working non-standard 2nd, 3rd and/or weekend shifts and working after hours on call shifts.
All prospective analysts are required to pass a criminal background check.
Below is a list of desired qualifications:
Excellent customer service and telephone skills. Required proficiency in both spoken and written English required.
Experience with ServiceNow, or similar call center application.
Knowledge of switch port configurations (dot1q, Vlans, STP, portfast, bpdugaurd).
Network knowledge of standard wiring, client LAN/WAN environments (NAT/PAT, private/public IP address space, DHCP, DNS, TCPIP Fundamentals).
Communication and collaboration systems including MS outlook email, and VOIP technology.
Multi-platform client computing across Windows operating systems.
End user accounts administration via Active directory.
Proficient with Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, network connectivity, and Printing.
Capability to work both independently and in a team environment
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Capable of producing systems documentation and process manuals in support of operations if required.
Certifications that add value; Any Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network +, Service Now, Microsoft, Wireless (Cisco/Meraki).
In addition to the above requirements that apply to all help desk analysts, knowledge of a healthcare and/or E911 environments and related applications is a plus for the current positions.
