Main Place Youth is a Teen Challenge adolescent girls home. We house 6-10 girls age 13-18 for up to one year or more. Successful applicant will be ministry minded with multiple administrative, supervisory, and ministerial experience. Bachelors degree minimum.

Duties include:

-Cultivate a healthy culture for residents and staff.

-Hire, supervise, and equip a Godly, competent, professional team.

-Identify and develop friends of the ministry by networking in the community.

-Formulate and execute fundraising ideas and opportunities.

-Engage staff and residents in community service.

-Develop special events (i.e. open house, community events, etc.).

-Oversee church attendance, service, and relationships.

-Nurture current donor relations.

-Develop and work with a diverse, engaged, and effective advisory board.

-Attend all scheduled board meetings.

-Maintain effective and continual communication with families including, but not limited to, taking calls from prospective parents/guardians, discussing the needs of the child, and evaluating their ability to meet financial obligations, etc.

-Oversee all building and grounds upkeep and maintenance.

-Pursue and maintain any required training, licensing, etc. from both KDHE and Teen Challenge.

-Understand and work within the budget prepared by the Main Place Youth Board of Directors.

-Understand normal business reports including balance sheets, cash flow reports, profit and loss statements, bank statements, etc.

-Understand, believe, and encourage staff and residents to believe in and adhere to the Main Place Youth Statement of Faith and Mission Statement.

-Any and all other duties required to maintain a Godly, responsible, and effective ministry and an efficient and professional business.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year
