What you will do

Prepare, ship, receive and schedule delivery of products; ensure timely delivery of sets and pick up/return loaner sets
Track inventory and maintain accurate records
Increasing Joint Replacement sales through assisting the sales by means of working with existing customers as well as identify new customers in order to grow the territory
Learn or hone selling skills and processes by coaching/mentoring support from Joint Replacement Sales Representatives and Managers
Work with Sales Manager by receiving coaching, training or mentoring; transfer knowledge to Sales Representatives and to Sales Associates when needed
Maintain training in sales skills, product features/benefits, and other critical business applications
Collect competitive data and remain current on industry, customer, and competitive trends
Support compliance and the principles of responsibility (AdvaMed) by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information; protecting the assets of the organization; acting with ethics and integrity; reporting non compliance; and adhering to applicable federal, state & local laws and regulations, accreditation & licenser requirements, and company policies & procedures.

What you need

Currently working on completion of Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent; we will only consider students who plan be enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the summer
Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above
Must be permanent resident of the U.S. or U.S. citizen
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
Proficient on basic computer programs: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Experience in building and maintaining relationships (with surgeons & hospitals in respective areas would be beneficial)
Must be comfortable in emergency/operating room environments
