The Applicant Support Team is a fun and collaborative group that is responsible for helping hire top talent for our stores.
A day in the life…
Review applications for required skills and relevant experience
Coordinate in-store interviews for candidates
Troubleshoot and resolve candidate inquires using appropriate resources
Develop and maintain working knowledge of guidelines, program procedures and systems
Ensure confidentiality and security of information being processed, stored or accessed
