This position will provide leadership and customer service at Brookview during facility operations. This position will supervise part-time employees in absence of Recreation Supervisor. Staff will supervise participants to ensure safety, and enforcement of rules/regulations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals to perform these essential functions:
Manage reservations, registration, electronic building displays, and inventory of guest services and lobby areas.
Collect user fees and provide daily financial and attendance reporting.
Assist with implementation and promotion of special events and community programs.
Answer/direct phone calls, and manage guest services area.
Coordinate facility operations and ensure quality and safety of events and services.

Minimum and Desired Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma or GED equivalent.
18 years of age.
Customer service experience.
Experience working with computers.
CPR/First Aid/AED Certifications.
Previous cash handling experience.
Previous community center/event center experience.
