Responsibilities

As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Proactively assist in the management of several clients, while reporting to Managers and above
Train and lead staff
Establish effective working relationships directly with clients
Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen
Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in roles performing software development including the following areas:

Experience in developing HTML, CSS, and Javascript;
Experience in at least two to three Angular/Aurelia related Javascript framework development projects;
Foundational knowledge of server side programming languages/development (Python, Java);
Experience with any Javascript animation library (.e.g. d3.js, three.js, etc);
Software configuration management including GIT, Maven,or similar;
Object-oriented design;
Linux basic systems administration including ability to navigate OS, review system logs,review running processes and open network connections;
Writing unit tests in development;
Agile software development model;
Familiarity with UX design process and experience using Design files to guide frontend coding (Sketch, Zepelin, Photoshop, etc); and,
Clear communication when writing, speaking and/or presenting to team business and technology personnel.
Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success, as both an individual contributor and team member, identifying and addressing client needs in a consulting role, including the following areas:

Experience with JQuery development;
Google Cloud Platform or Azure Cloud Platform;
Experience with Jenkins, or similar CI/CD orchestration tools;
Ansible for IT Administrative Automation;
Selenium test writing experience; and,
Preparation and/or coordination of complex written documentation of code changes and the impact to forward deployed engineers and end users.
