DEI has an immediate opportunity on a recently re-awarded program for a Systems Administrator with an active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility for a DoD customer at Fort Belvoir, VA.


Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education with 5-7 years of professional experience
US Citizen with Active Top Secret Clearance and SCI Eligibility
Security+ Certification
Microsoft Windows Certification
Understanding of Microsoft Active Directory Forest
Experience implementing DoD mandated security configurations
Experience installing and maintaining security patches on workstations
Ability to provides first-level or end-user/customer telephone support for computer systems
Direct Tier 2 end-user and customer support for 215 customers on the unclassified domains
Address and resolve various issues on the VDI thin client ranging from network outages, mailbox configurations, and account management via Active Directory or Quest One
Support mission critical SharePoint sites
Re-image thick clients, install and investigate issues on Virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) thin clients
Resolve issues with Non-Secure Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNet) multifunction display (MFD) printers, Group Policy Object, firmware, application software, operating systems and updates onto the VDI client
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work effectively independently as well as within a team environment
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and ability and willingness to take on new challenges
Ability to work in a tough environment and deliver good customer service

Additional Desired Qualifications:
Working within a VMware datacenter
Experience implement/maintaining enterprise level services including Microsoft DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory
Experience creating, editing and applying GPOs
