Participate in creating, leading, implementing and managing Global Technology and Operations (GTO) short term and long term growth initiatives with primary focus on revenue generation and profitability.
Develop new market initiatives and assess business opportunities. Participate in the development and leading initiatives in sourcing, managing and implementing new business opportunities in collaboration with GTO business unit leaders and corporate M&A team.
Participate in governance and monitoring of execution of the business development initiatives to ensure business performance and compliance.
Perform financial feasibility studies and recommend new business opportunities. Participate in identifying, developing and leading new market, product and growth opportunities in conjunction with the GTO management team and business unit leaders.
Identify market, client and industry trends that impact the GTO growth plans and recommend solutions.
Identify and qualify attractive market segments, adjacencies to invest for growth.
Establish strong working relationships with key stakeholders across business units, corporate functions to support alignment of GTO strategies.
Organize, create and present ideas in an effective, concise way to all levels of management, including C-Suite level.
Strong leadership, organizational and analytical skills with focus on actions and outcomes.
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and business units.
Proven capability to interact with executives internally and externally.
Ability to participate in multiple projects in parallel.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to synthesize complex concepts and present information in a completing manner
Minimum 8 years financial/securities industry experience and prior strategy experience from a top tier consulting firm is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of wealth management experience.
