What You’ll Get to Do:
The position directly supports national security and suitability investigations, focusing on analyzing, disseminating, and training on policy and resource guidance.
Maintain an excellent understanding of customer and internal policy and procedural guidance for completing Federal background investigations; Understand investigative requirements for the performance and adjudication of PSI applicable Executive Orders, Code of Federal Regulations, and other associated issuances.
Obtain technical compliance data to determine the training required to support investigators and reviewers
Under supervision, assist in developing and presenting virtual training programs for the CACI DCSA program
Will also conduct internal inspections on contract program requirements; Inspects performance by measuring requirements with the contract, the plans incorporated into the contract, including updates, addendums and modifications therein
Provide administrative support for inspection program by serving as a Field & Review Operations liaison
Understand the essential functions of field and review department positions
Communicate with and instruct staff employees and field investigative employees on violations of policies, failure with any inspections and works to improve their quality and standard requirements
Prepare business wide communications to disseminate policy and resource guidance to adhere to or supplement customer policy
Identify integrity, compliance, security and quality concerns raised during the course of an investigation or otherwise
Research concerns identified by other individuals; support various internal departments with understanding and executing policy and resource guidance.
Encourage cross team collaboration across the program to keeps everyone aligned with the overall goals of the program and drive continuous improvements.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Typically requires bachelor's degree or equivalent and two years of background investigator or reviewer experience.
Must have a strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Must have superior organizational skills to plan, execute, monitor, and evaluate projects.
Applicants must be strong writers and communicators.
Candidate must obtain/maintain a Favorable security determination based on a completed SSBI investigation.
Physical Demands: Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods and communicate with individuals by telephone, email, and face to face. Some travel may be required.
