Sodexo is seeking a two General Manager 6’s for Corporate Services segment - in the Greater San Francisco area.

We will deliver a wide range of services from retail, catering, coffee bar, pantry management and on-site dining services. The GM of food service will have total unit operating responsibilities including the supervision of management team and all hourly staff with a focus on excellent customer experience.
The clients have created a beautiful, contemporary “workplace of the future”, – this role will be responsible for delivering services that match the environment. Experience opening new business is strongly preferred. Our ideal candidate will be innovative, keeping services fresh and updated based on current trends.
The best qualified candidate will have multi-site experience and the ability to manage multiple locations simultaneously. They will have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail and organization

Experience training and directing a talented and diverse staff
Experience managing a large management team both front-of-house and back-of-house
Strong financial acumen, P & L experience and experience managing budgets
Experience managing multiple food retail outlets and national brand concepts
Innovation and ability to grow revenue and manage cost
Customer driven and strong track record in organizational development
Superior client relations skills and executive presence.

Directs all contract management service operations at a single account/unit. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Manages through managers and is accountable for the contract. Senior-most person assigned to an account, may have multiple clients and/or satellite locations.
Provides local leadership and strategic direction while developing team for new and emerging business solutions that sustain growth in the day to day operations.
