The Fit Assistant will proactively collaborate with the Fit Specialist to ensure the timely and accurate fitting and quality assessment of Skechers products across all divisions. This role supports the seamless coordination of fitting and quality assurance processes to meet company standards.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS-

Provide daily support and assist the Fit Specialist in managing workload and addressing requests.

Analyze fit-related feedback and concerns, from initial development through production, ensuring thorough documentation and communication with relevant divisions.

Work collaboratively across divisions to align fitting processes with shipping dates and timelines, adapting to situational needs.

Offer assistance and support to the Production team as needed.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES-

Perform other occasional duties as assigned.

Take on additional responsibilities as needed to meet department goals.
JOB REQUIREMENTS-

Proficiency in Excel and strong general computer skills.

Ability to multitask effectively and demonstrate initiative.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Exhibits responsibility, ownership, and accountability for work.

A women's shoe size 6 is preferred for fitting purposes, though not required.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS-

Education requirements are flexible depending on experience.

Prior footwear industry experience is preferred, though not mandatory.
The pay range for this position is $23-$25/hr.
