Shipping & Receiving is a high impact area where your prioritization, communication, research, and problem solving skills will be exercised.
Assist with shipments, orders, and invoices—verifying all for accuracy.
Pack, seal, label, or affix postage to prepare materials for shipping.
Use hand tools, power tools, online shipping services, or postage meters.
Maintain a working knowledge of all departments in the store to be able to greet and provide support to customers and team members.
Shelve, arrange, and categorize stock according to specific criteria that changes frequently.
Clean the store and warehouse are to maintain a safe and efficient work floor.
May provide periodic assistance with processing sales transactions involving cash, credit, or financial aid payments.
Full-time positions require availability to work at least 30 hours on a weekly basis year round. Schedules may be set or vary to meet the needs of the store.
Frequent movement within the store to access various departments, areas, and/or products.
Occasional reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods.
Candidates must be a minimum of 16 years of age to be considered for employment.
High school diploma/GED required.
Friendly personality, with strong communication skills to interact with a variety of people.
Outstanding customer service skills to work with vendors, customers, and team members.
Basic math, keyboarding, and data entry skills.
Flexibility in scheduling is necessary.
