KPMG is currently seeking an Event Coordinator, Program Support to join our Events & Meetings organization.
Assist with administrative duties to help and support the event planner to ensure highest quality product and timely service delivery
Collaborate with other internal departments, such as graphic design, national purchasing, learning and development, and campus recruiting
Serve as an event support resource to the assigned event planner to coordinate the administrative tasks related to the registration process, utilizing firm-supported procedures, policies, Web-based tools, and any other accepted firm/Events & Meetings databases
Process and verify the integrity of data in shared software and produce various reports from the registration system to support Events & Meetings and internal stakeholder requests
Provide onsite registration support, as needed, which could include local and national travel
Perform other administrative duties, as needed and assigned
Minimum of one year of related coordinator experience; preferably within a professional services firm or hospitality environment
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Excellent communication skills
Ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external clients
