We’re looking for a Director of Digital Marketing to drive our demand generation strategy while at the same time participating hands-on in the communication and execution of the plan. The role is focused on acquiring and retaining new customers through the management of all online programs including SEO/SEM and digital media. Collaboration with an array of cross-functional team members and external vendors is essential to increasing marketing’s contribution to revenue. This position requires a candidate with a blend of strategy, technical, creative, analytic and project management expertise.

This individual leads a team that is responsible for developing and executing the digital marketing strategy and plan including SEM, SEO, web optimization, campaign KPIs and reporting metrics.
Grow marketing’s contribution to both non-sales (ecommerce) and sales pipeline by creating, executing and leading the demand generation strategy across every stage of the buyer’s journey with clear goals, objectives, strategies and tactics.
We are strong sales partners without exception. Ensure sales and marketing alignment of priorities, adjusting as required by changing market conditions, customer insights and/or emerging opportunities.
Work closely with brand and web teams to ensure that inbound traffic has a best-in-class online experience. Implement testing methodologies to enhance the demand creation process and channel adoption.
Maintain a data-first approach to continually measure and optimize performance, improve conversion and ROI. Measure and optimize performance of all channels through attribution modeling and suggest optimizations to exceed KPI benchmarks including conversion goals and ROAS. Establish and manage a rigorous A/B testing calendar to optimize effectiveness of media spend.
Establish KPIs and configure reports and dashboards to proactively monitor campaign success and business results. Build dashboards and communicate media performance to broader team and organization in weekly stand ups and monthly recap formats.
Significant experience managing SEM/SEO programs at scale is a bare minimum, along with developing and managing media mix models based on historical LTV ROAS, with evidence of meaningful hard-fought budget reallocations in accordance.
You have strong analytical skills and an ability to interpret data to derive actionable insights; a proven track record in making data-driven decisions to continually optimize performance and determine future investments. Experience with a multi-touch attribution a significant plus.
You are technically savvy with a pulse on trends and innovations within martech/adtech and the digital marketing landscape.
You can influence and partner effectively with product management, business operations, ad operations and engineering
Player/coach manager who is willing to roll up his/her sleeves to get the job done. Ability to operate and excel at strategic as well as tactical levels.
