This position will be responsible for operating machinery and assembling components of stator product production.
Operate and perform the duties of stator operation in a safe and correct manner
Correctly place stator components on to the product
Safely and Efficiently operate equipment associated with stator production
Perform simple set up operations of equipment
Inspect and perform quality checks for non-conformities
Perform corrective work by performing repairs to stators ensuring product conformity to quality standards
Complete all required paperwork, quality records, documents
Maintain organization, housekeeping and 5S of work area
Communicate safety, mechanical, and production issues to Set Up and/or Supervisor
Comply with all safety and work rules and regulations. Maintains department housekeeping standards, and clean/restock area at end of shift
High school diploma or General Education Degree.
Requires the ability to read and write, add and subtract whole numbers to maintain paperwork, quality and to follow instructions. Use of gauges or instruments requiring some interpretation.
Good communication skills to relay information to other operators and supervision. Strong team work is a must.
Ability to manually handle parts up to 35lbs. Balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, sitting, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, handling, grasping, feeling, and hearing. Proximity to moving mechanical parts.
