Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Pediatrician to join our team and provide exceptional medical care to infants, children, and adolescents. As a Pediatrician, you will play a crucial role in promoting the health and well-being of young patients through diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care. Call will be one weekend a month and one night a week.
Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive physical examinations on pediatric patients.
- Diagnose and treat various acute and chronic illnesses specific to children.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Monitor patients' growth and development to ensure milestones are met.
- Educate parents and caregivers on proper child healthcare practices.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
- Maintain accurate medical records
Experience:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in Pediatrics.
- Strong commitment to delivering compassionate pediatric care.
Skills:
- Proficient in medical terminology and documentation standards.
- Ability to perform procedures like cardiac catheterization and spinal taps.
- Experience working in a teaching hospital environment is a plus.
- Skilled in assessing vital signs accurately.
- Strong focus on pediatric care, both inpatient and outpatient settings.
