GAB INC. is looking for an Executive Assistant to join our growing team. We’re a marketing agency popular in Asia, launching in the US. We’re a team united by our shared values of attention to detail and adding as much value to the world as we can in every interaction we have.
We’re a fully remote startup, growing and taking on new challenges every day. Our executive is an internationally minded LGBTQ Latina-American who has lived in Asia for 12 years and recently moved back to the US. She needs support in the North American time zone and coordination with her assistant in Asia. This role would be the first hire in North America and will support the CEO as we build team members & scale clients in the region.

What you'll do
The daily responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to:
- Providing strategic administrative, marketing, and account management support for the executive.
- Processing and managing emails and calendars.
- Scheduling internal and external meetings.
- Drafting and managing correspondence and communications on behalf of the executive, as appropriate.
- Setting up eSignature documents and ensuring proper completion.
- Initiating and completing orders and purchases.
- Supporting social media scheduling and marketing campaigns.
- Assisting with client account management and project coordination.
- Conducting market research and preparing marketing materials.
- Booking travel and accommodations and meticulously filing expenses. Extra bonus, you find the best deals.
- Planning and executing various team events and off-sites.
- Coordinating with the executive's assistant in Asia to ensure seamless support across time zones.
What you’ll need
- Recent experience in administrative support, reporting to one or more executives.
- Experience in marketing, account management, or a related field.
- Experience working with executives in a rapidly growing environment, preferably in SaaS or consulting/agency environments.
- Highly proficient in Google G-Suite Apps.
- A can-do attitude and natural ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Speaking Spanish is a plus (but not a must).
