Job Description:
Position Overview: Perform General Carpentry that
includes constructing, installing and repairing
structures and fixtures of drywall, wood, plywood, and
wallboard, using carpenter's hand tools and power tools,
and conforming to local building codes. Successful
candidate will be organized, and reliable in addition to
having experience working independently as well as in a
team orientated collaborative environment .

Job Requirements:
  • Must have minimum five (5) years experience in
construction at
  • reading construction plans and or drawings
  • measuring and laying out ceiling grid
  • measuring and laying drywall track/framing
  • cutting and hanging drywall
  • installing doors, frames and hardware
  • The ability to pass and maintain a government
non-sensitive background and access check
  • Authorized to work in the united states
  • OSHA certification is a plus
  • Must have valid driver's license
  • Strong working knowledge of job site safety as well as
the ability to complete a company specific safety
  • The ability to follow and give oral or written
  • Establish and maintain cooperative working

Physical Requirements:
  • Frequently lift and move materials and tools weighing
up to 50 lbs. without assistance
  • Frequently lift and move materials and tools weighing
over 50 lbs. with assistance
  • Frequently bend, stoop, stand reach and walk
