We are seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst to provide web analytics support for LTD internet sites within our Ecommerce Marketing department. The Digital Marketing Analyst processes all data for analysis of web user behavior, digital marketing initiatives and optimization tests, utilizing web analytics tools and databases. The Digital Marketing Analyst assists internal clients on problem definition, identifies the appropriate analysis strategy and interprets results, providing sound recommendations.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Support of the eCommerce Marketing team with Web Analytics and Ad Hoc reporting as needed
Utilize tools to track, measure and report web user behavior, digital marketing initiatives and website testing/optimization efforts
Interact directly with internal clients from problem/inquiry definition to identifying the appropriate analytics strategy to delivering a clear solution/answer
Analyze and compile results for A/B tests, and deliver to key stakeholders including key recommendations
Work with high pressure projects, balance competing priorities, and demonstrate the ability to work without direct supervision
Work with others on diverse projects in a collaborative team environment
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the field of Business Analytics, Web Analytics, Digital Marketing or in a related area of Ecommerce
MS Office Suite with expert level of proficiency in Excel
Hands on experience with SQL required
Hands on experience with web analytics tools preferred (Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics)
In depth familiarity with customer facing Internet applications/sites
Experience in Digital Marketing for eCommerce B2C preferred
Experience with pivoting, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets preferred
Experience with testing/optimization platforms (Monetate, Adobe Target) preferred
Strong (written and oral) communication and problem solving skills
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
Excellent project and time management skills
Bachelors: Marketing, Business, Computer Studies preferred
