Our customized, holistic approach to wellness includes such multidisciplinary treatment options as medical and psychiatric evaluations, nutritional education, family therapy, group therapy (including experiential and educational groups), medication management and discharge planning.

Wekiva Springs Center is seeking a dynamic and talented Controllerto join our team of dedicated professionals. Purpose: Oversee the functions of Accounting, Payroll and Business Operations for the Hospital. These duties include the following:

* Responsible for the General Accounting for the Hospital

* Oversee the Accounts Payable, Payroll and the Business Office operations for the Hospital

* Responsible for monthly reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts, account analysis and monthly closing entries.

* Supervises all daily functions of the general accounting department, preparation of weekly FTE reports and oversight of daily nursing staffing reports

* Assists the CFO in completion of monthly and annual financial reports

* Assists with annual budget preparation and assists with internal and external audits

* Ensures that established policies and procedures are followed and regulatory requirements and standards are met.

* Assists with special projects as needed.

Job Requirements

Qualified candidates must have the following:

* Masters in Business Administration or CPA preferred

* Bachelor's in Accounting

* Minimum of 5 years proven working experience in a Senior Level Accounting Position in Healthcare

* Highly proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and Payroll systems
