Job Summary
Under limited supervision, this position provides senior business leadership to the Enterprise Business Intelligence and Analytics (EBIA) Community including:
Data Management and/or Data Analysis.
Primary point of accountability for Master Data Management within Data Management.
Strategic leader working with senior IT partner to deliver enterprise capabilities.
We are seeking a highly strategic thinker with an expertise in enterprise data management best practices such as data governance, data quality and metadata. This role will have accountability to bridge the analytic and operational aspects within business communities and key IT relationships to develop and deliver MDM Capabilities in alignment with our Data Strategy to deliver defined business outcomes.

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
This position provides enterprise-wide senior business leadership to a function/functions within Data Management, ensuring that data is properly managed and leveraged in the most efficient and effective way to benefit the entire organization.
Understand business challenges and strategies to explore new ways to exchange data, collaborate and innovate to drive better insights and business results.
In partnership with IT, influence and drive a holistic MDM strategy including capability roadmaps for the enterprise.
Partners with senior management across the lines of business in developing strategic master data management vision.
Condense the vision into detailed capabilities, complete a gap analysis, and document use cases and requirements in support of the vision.
Support the ongoing development of the roadmap and detail execution plans to achieve the vision through multi-generational releases.
Communicate and influence key enterprise-wide stakeholders to ensure organizational 'buy-in' to vision and strategy while communicating business capability enablement and benefits.
Ensures quality controls and process improvements are on-going within areas of accountability.
Responsible for influencing and collaborating with IT and Business leaders to create lasting and credible partner relationships.
Educate the enterprise on “Single View of Customer” from a data and user experience perspective.
Be a thought leader in the organization around the products and socialize product features and functionalities.
Drive customer communication during critical events.
Ability to work well and build consensus among a diverse group of stakeholders.
Communicate and understand business needs to Data Management vendors.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent education or 6 years analytics experience required. 5 years analytics experience required.

Education, Work Experience & Knowledge
Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) or Business preferred.
12- 15 years’ experience in Data Management or related field preferred.
5+ years of project management leadership experience preferred.
Experience working on broad/business-wide projects or initiatives preferred.
Experience working across functional areas within organizations preferred.
Thorough Knowledge: Possesses advanced MDM knowledge in order to solve unusual as well as common work problems and advise on technical matters and to serve as a resource to organization.
Deep understanding of Master Data Management platforms and with Services Oriented Architecture.
Proven track record of bringing OLTP and MDM solutions to scale.

Exceptional influencer and/or consulting skills; able to build consensus among a diverse group of enterprise-wide stakeholders.
Able to deliver business results and manage products from inception to adoption that are in synch with overall business strategies.
Strong knowledge of enterprise data management design and development of data cleansing routines involving standardization, transformation, rationalization, linking and matching that leverages knowledge within data.
Excellent communication, collaboration and relationship building skills with the ability to present and translate complex information to very senior leadership and non-technical teams in relevant business terms.
Expertise in Master Data Management, Data Analysis & Modeling including proven experience with data management best practices such as data governance, metadata management and data quality.
Forward thinker with the ability to bring industry best practices to the table in a fast paced and continuous evolving environment.

Physical Requirements
