Regional Vice President, Walmart Field Sales

This role will be located in Bentonville, AR

As a Regional Vice President, you will be helping to build the culture of our new team, paving the way for our market leaders to thrive and to grow our Walmart Field Sales Team, and partnering with Walmart store leadership to achieve our mutual goals.

This leadership role will report directly to the Head of Walmart Field Sales Team and will be responsible for building and leading high performing locally based leaders and teams that deliver against the defined objectives for the region including recruiting, onboarding, and training of new leaders and individual contributors, and day-to-day leadership of the region. This individual will serve as a key member of the Walmart Field Sales Leadership Team and will be integral to the ongoing development of the organization’s strategy and objectives.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Provide sales and client development leadership, direction, and program management within their region
Build a dynamic sales and customer development culture that compliments the broader national strategy
Analyze and leverage data in strategic/tactical planning with the Walmart Client Development leadership team to drive growth, market share, revenue, cross-sell, sales force growth and productivity, targeted market penetration, customer retention, and profit goals
Ensure that all customer and prospect interactions are conducted in accordance with Capital One legal, compliance, and regulatory guidelines
Collaborate with Capital One Marketing on in-store marketing execution and broader funnel strategy
Select, orientate, train, coach, develop, motivate and conduct joint work with their team of Market Leaders
Partner with other Regional Vice President to ensure consistent execution of sales and client development strategies
Champion voice of client and voice of associate feedback to support a culture of continuous improvement and provide valuable insights back to the Capital One Partnership team
Have a deep passion for coaching and developing front line sales leaders and sales professionals as well as yourself

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or military experience
At least 5 years of sales management experience

Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of outside B2B sales experience
5+ years of experience leading a team of virtual leaders
5+ years of experience driving client acquisition
5+ years of portfolio management experience
3+ years of financial industry experience
3+ years of experience in Microsoft Office
