The ideal candidate will have a strong background in website operations, supply chain and demand planning, and warehouse operations. This role requires a proactive problem-solver who is adept at using technology to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
Main ResponsibilitiesWebsite Operations
- E-commerce Platform Management: Oversee the functionality and performance of the company's website to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
- Data Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to monitor website performance, identify issues, and implement improvements.
Supply Chain & Demand Planning
- Forecasting: Develop and implement demand forecasting models to ensure optimal inventory levels and meet customer demand.
- Procurement: Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods.
- Inventory Optimization: Maintain optimal stock levels, reducing excess inventory and stockouts.
Warehouse Operations & Collaboration with 3PLs
- Warehouse Management: Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
- 3PL Collaboration: Coordinate with third-party logistics providers to ensure efficient and cost-effective distribution of products.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve warehouse processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Shipping Cost Enhancement: Implement strategies to optimize logistics and reduce shipping costs
Customer Service Oversight
- Issue Resolution: Work closely with the customer service team to resolve operational issues impacting customer satisfaction.
- Feedback Mechanisms: Implement systems to gather and analyze customer feedback for continuous improvement.
Service Standards: Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.

- Management experience in ecommerce operations

- Proficiency in profit & loss analysis
- Demonstrated success in supervising teams
- Strong background in business development and project management
- Track record of process improvement and driving sales initiatives
- Data analysis skills to inform decision-making

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
