We are seeking a Project Manager Intern in Worcester, Massachusetts.
Community Healthlink, Inc. is a multi-service, private, non-profit organization committed to promoting, maintaining and restoring the dignity, well-being and mental health of individuals and families in Central Massachusetts.
The Project Manager Intern will have excellent written and oral communication skills, organizational skills and ease in relating to a wide variety of individuals.
Must have the ability to convey passion for our mission of helping people who are dealing with mental illness, addiction, and or homelessness. Designs and implements institutional quality systems and measures progress to ensure sustained outcomes and continuous quality improvement.
Ability to independently manage projects from initiation, planning, executing, monitoring/controlling and closing stages of assigned projects.
Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
Collects and analyzes project or program metrics.
Ability to work on multiple projects at once, if necessary.
Helps track and document completion of work plan activities.
Manages project according to plan. Measures and raises concerns or risks as appropriate with limited supervision.
Collects data and preforms analysis to assist in preparing portfolio, program, or project progress reports.
Crafts and delivers desired/required communications and reviews them with appropriate stakeholders for projects with limited supervision.
Identifies and participates in quality improvement projects/activities, when appropriate.
Monitors and tracks project budgets.
Ability to facilitate meetings effectively
Ability to lead and collaborate with various teams/ committees with limited supervision.
Perform other related job duties required by Director of Special Projects.
Respects diverse views and approaches, demonstrates Standards of Respect, and contributes to creating and maintaining an environment of professionalism, tolerance, civility and acceptance toward all employees, patients and visitors.
Pursuing Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business Administration, with concentration in Project Management, Health Care Administration.
Preferred: Project Management focus – 2nd or 3rd year.
Knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Must be able to pass a CORI background check
