Client Solution Executive – (CSE) in IBM CMAS (Cloud Managed Application Services) Service Line is the deal maker for the opportunities he/she owns and drives to deal closure. He/she is passionate to map client needs and expectations with a package of technical solution, terms & condition and price and has business and financial acumen to manage the client expectations. Articulating value propositon of a standardized cloud solution supporting enterprise applications is common practice for him/her. A CSE is at the center of team working the managed cloud solution for a client and in the lead of the client facing communication and as such bringing the required leadership, communication and negotiation skills to the table. A CMAS CSE in the Global Complex Deal team is required to work in different cultural environments and international teams. While the focus will be on engagements within the Europe marketplace the CSE needs to be flexible to also support engagements in other geographies. Along this it is required to travel international and be able to spend planed extended periods of time on-site with the deal team and client negotiation.
Responsibilities include CMAS sales teams, OneCloud Hub, GTS SLRs & CSEs, GBS SAP/Oracle practice.

Draw upon professional concepts to collaborate with others to carry out assigned duties. Excellent negotiations skills.
Recognize job-related problems. analyze causes using existing techniques or tools, prepare and recommend solution alternatives. Challenge the validity of given procedures and processes with the intent to enhance and improve.
Works on professional sales projects; work is often reviewed for developmental purposes.
Understand the standard mission of the professional group and vision in own area of competence. May directly influence people in own project. Position may require coordination of activities of less experienced or less knowledgeable team members.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Managing complex deals (>50m TCV) as Deal Maker with 5 years.
Managed Services Sales experience preferable including cloud services with of 5 years.
Dealing with SAP/Oracle landscapes (requirements, challenges related to managed services of 3 years.
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
Technical Sales experience in the area of ERP (SAP, Oracle) (3 years)
International sales experience
