This is an entry level position in inbound customer sales. We are looking for people with a passion for building relationships and a knack for getting things done. We will provide you with training virtually so that you can feel confident you’re providing the best possible customer service while still in a work from home environment.
You will lead communications (call, email, text) with inbound franchise prospects to facilitate discussions between them and company management.
You will keep track of all prospects and manage the sales funnel using a simple online sales application provided by us.
Follow company policies, uphold professional standards, and perform all work in a manner respectful of others.
Assist with any additional sales-related projects.
Minimum: One or more years of college education or relevant work experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Past experience in customer service, sales and/or influencing others.
Must have the ability to work independently and in a team setting.
Must demonstrate high quality and professionalism.
