Do I need a real estate license?

A real estate license is not required to start but would be beneficial. Licensing will be required within two months of employment and can usually be achieved within three to six weeks. Whether you’ve never closed a transaction or are a well seasoned agent, we would appreciate the opportunity to schedule an interview to see how we can help you achieve your sales goals!

Will this position transition to a real estate agent?

Upon achieving appointment goals and obtaining a real estate license, there is the opportunity to transition to a real estate agent on our team. This position is a great opportunity to build your lead pipeline before transitioning to a full time real estate agent with Hardeman Real Estate!

Compensation (Licensed):

$30,000 a year base salary

+10% commission on closed listings generated by you

+5% commission on closed buyers generated by you

This can range from $10,000 a year for low skill level to $25,000+ for high skill level

Compensation (Unlicensed):

$12 hourly

Responsibilities:

-Full time, 40-45 hours a week in office

-Cold call outbound expired, withdrawn, and for sale by owner listings

-Speak with 250 contacts per week

-Schedule, confirm, and keep 5 appointments per week

-Convert inbound leads to appointments

-Circle prospect around just listed/sold listings

-Follow up with database leads

-Send text messages, and emails to follow up with clients & set appointments
