Stryker Emergency Care is seeking a dynamic leader to drive our education offence in the emergency care space. This includes the public access, pre-hospital, and hospital segments. The product portfolio includes capital medical equipment, data solutions, accessories and disposables.
What You’ll Do
The Sales Training Manager is responsible for ensuring Stryker is developing strategic sales partners for the emergency care industry by developing our sales training offense for new and experienced sales representatives. The job requires partnering with our brand managers, cross-functional counterparts, and sales leadership team to ensure are aligned to one brand and sales strategy to support our customers.
In this role you will re-design the Emergency Care sales training program and implement globally.
You will be digitizing the sales training process, product education and positioning by applying consumer insights throughout our inside sales team, clinical field training specialist team, direct sales team, and distribution sales team
This role requires a high level of influence to achieve results through process management.
The job requires a broad and comprehensive understanding of multiple disciplines relevant to the business: sales, education, communication, partnership, and strategic offense.

8+ years of experience in sales, education, and/or marketing
Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
