How to get to the event
Interviews will be conducted in the 2nd-floor conference room, directly off the elevator. Please be prepared to wear a face mask. A limited number will be available for those that do not have one upon arrival.

What You’ll Do:
Bring A Customer Comes First Mentality!
Commit to learning and developing yourself to better Chewy as a whole!
Have excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
Maintain a sense of ownership, be a self-starter, and have a strong attention to detail
Receive Inbound Calls and resolve customer discrepancies
Provide an excellent customer centric approach via email
Interact with customers via inbound calls, live chats, social media and other platforms
What You’ll Need:
1 year working in a customer focused environment
Proven Track Record of Success
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products; specifically, Word and Excel
High school education or equivalent
Critical thinking skills
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and perform well in a face paced environment
Ability to adapt to change in accordance with the business needs of the company
Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed by the business unit
Must bring proven ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information
Must be able to pass background check
