Job Description

We are looking for a growth-oriented and execution focused Vice President level leader to join our team.

A VP of Customer Solutions will:
Lead the creation of engaging user experiences that drive value for our customers.
Devise and execute transformative multi-channel customer experience strategies across multiple industries with a focus on improving customer experiences.
Lead services and sales demonstrations for customers.
Champion the enterprise Services, Customer Success Management, Training, and Product Support across the company, partnering with all departments to ensure success through education, training and ongoing management of customer experience projects.
Creating and driving innovation, business strategy, and execution of UX, including profit and loss responsibility and people management.
Develop responsive design systems for B-Yond to improve workflow process, content development, site performance, and user experience.
Partner with Product to understand the value of new products and evangelize solutions/features both internally and externally.
Participate as a key member of the New Product Development and Value Added Services teams to help shape the focus and strategy of new products and customer solutions that can be leveraged to drive profitable growth, differentiation, and customer loyalty.
Working in design-thinking, Lean Startup, Agile development and similar frameworks.
Provide a clear and consistent voice on end-to-end UX to stakeholders.
