Part Time Administrative Assistant

Our client, a tech medical company, is looking for an office clerk to join them for 2-4 months. Responsibilities are below. For immediate consideration, a resume must be submitted. Must be able to start within the next week. This role will be about 10-20 hours per week.


  • Provide general information to staff
  • Input into QuickBooks
  • Type, format, or edit routine memos or other emails
  • Copy, file, scan and update paper and electronic documents
  • Prepare and process bills and other office documents
  • File claims with our customers
  • Creating Invoice, packing Slips etc.
  • General Office Duties


  • Proficiency with Windows XP, MS Outlook, Word and Excel (MOST IMPT)
  • Must be very organized
  • Must know Quickbooks web version
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Love working in a team
  • Outgoing with a positive attitude
  • An associates or Bachelors degree is strongly preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Salary: $15.00 to $25.00 /hour
