Care Initiatives is now accepting applications for exceptional leaders to join our paid Administrator-In-Training (AIT) Program! Our AIT program offers a great opportunity to launch and grow a career in administration and operations while learning from successful industry leaders!
Our unique, hands-on, learn as you earn, AIT program will equip you with tools and resources that promote a successful career in long-term care (LTC). At Care Initiatives, we set you up for success and help build your confidence to advance into a future Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) role with us. Under the direction and oversight of one or more experienced Administrator, you receive the value of learning from leaders throughout our organization and reap the benefits of applying what you’ve learned. Your diversified, multifaceted experience is intentionally designed to help you successfully pass the NAB exam to become a LNHA within the state of Iowa. Our highly collaborative, cross-departmental and service line approach, provides experiences and exposure to various business and operational facets, including an in-depth approach to understanding the innerworkings of senior living financials. Through the combination of our proactive investment in you, along with your positive can-do attitude and willingness to take on challenges approach, you'll be well equipped to successfully lead a skilled nursing community (SNF) once licensed.
Our program rotates you throughout various departments within our SNFs, providing hands-on exposure to the policies and procedures that are relevant to various departments. Care Initiatives also teaches you how to successfully navigate the regulations set forth by The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and the state of Iowa to ensure you are equipped to successfully navigate your first survey. Our AIT program allows you to build a network with some of Iowa’s top leaders in LTC. Care Initiatives is a nonprofit proudly serving the community through 43 SNFs, two Assisted Living communities, seven Independent Livings, seven hospice hubs throughout Iowa plus expansion into Omaha, Nebraska, and is the largest senior living provider within the state of Iowa. If you desire a successful career in LTC operations with a continually growing and evolving financial solvent organization then we want to hear from you!
