Reporting to the Director of Food and Beverage of Colonial Country Club, the Food and Beverage Manager will handle service direction and event/catering sales. The F&B Manager will have reporting to him/her supervisors, bartenders, servers, bussers and snack bar attendants. This is a full-time, salaried position. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of private club supervisory experience, and be versed in Word, Excel, Jonas or other point-of-sale software.
Our core staff is excellent (as is our food quality), and the F&B Manager will help hire and train seasonal staff brought on in October and November to work the busy months through April. This position requires occasional long days in peak season, while the hot-weather months are more tranquil, allowing time for planning and strategy.
