Job Summary and Mission
Love problem solving, strategy, and interested in leading cross-functional initiatives that directly impact the day-to-day retail operations of 10k+ stores?
We are seeking a program manager to lead strategy, prioritization and deliver critical initiatives for our end-to-end (e2e) Inventory Flow team by eliminating the lines between functions, assessing trade-offs across our value chain, and serving the intersection between our supply chain and our stores.
The north star of the e2e inventory flow team is to enable the delivery of new flow innovations that are guided by our vision to transform store inventory processes, giving partners more time to focus on customers. Leading strategy & operations for e2e delivery, we are looking for a leader that is customer and operationally focused, passionate and a creative problem-solver that can bring diverse viewpoints together and inspire a team while working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
Summary of Key Responsibilities
Leads strategic projects, leading cross-functional teams to design innovative solutions for our supply chain and our stores, ensuring on-time delivery against critical milestones
Creates structured presentations illustrating key business issues, new insights and recommendations
Sets personal and business goals, develops organizational capability, and models how we work together
Promotes a successful attitude, confidence in leadership, and teamwork to achieve business results
Develops strong working relationships with cross-functional partners related to project work
Identify needs of senior management, including ways to overcome adversity
Summary of Experience
5-10 years of professional experience
Experience with delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives
Developing and delivering presentations to executive level audiences (4+ years)
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Innovative, insatiably curious, keen critical thinking skills.
Strong analytical ability
Excellent presentation and written communication skills
Ability to work accurately with a sense of urgency, and deliver under tight deadlines/time frames
Ability to simplify and structure complex and ambiguous problems
Collaborate and work effectively across functions. Influence and achieve consensus on goals and objectives
Team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible
